Bradfield College’s vision is to provide an outstanding education for life, equipping the young people in our care to flourish personally and professionally and to make a positive contribution to society. To achieve this, the College aims for its pupils to enjoy school and fulfil their potential within and beyond the classroom, developing attributes of lasting value whilst securing the best possible qualifications.

We aim to educate confident, enthusiastic and open-minded young people who are strong communicators, collaborators and innovators. We encourage our pupils to understand the world around them and their place within it. In the same way, Bradfield itself looks forwards and outwards, embracing new opportunities whilst remaining true to its values.

A Bradfield education acts as a bridge to a life lived without boundaries. As our pupils move into an exciting but uncertain future, we nurture their ability to adapt the knowledge of the past to that future and foster the skills and qualities that will help them thrive.

Our pupils are characterised by their enthusiasm and their participation. By pursuing their passions, they both acquire knowledge and develop self-knowledge, becoming resilient and compassionate young people, characterised by integrity rather than entitlement.
