2025 heralds our 175th anniversary,
we look forward to celebrating this milestone by
paying tribute to the rich history of Bradfield,
recognising the achievements of Bradfield today
and looking forward to the Bradfield
of the next 175 years.

Headmaster’s Introduction

Our 175th anniversary in 2025 offers an opportunity to celebrate the vision and courage of our founder, to look back at the early years of St Andrew’s College, Bradfield and to consider its development into the school we know today.

Whilst much has changed over the course of its existence, the College archives and histories speak to an underlying sense of purpose and commitment to the transformative power of education that has allowed Bradfield and its people to flourish.

Throughout 2025 anniversary events, manifestations and products ranging from a gala concert and a historical frieze to a pictorial history will honour the past and celebrate the present of a school which is proud of its heritage but always looks to the future.

Most importantly, Bradfield 175 will provide a platform for Bradfieldians past and present, teachers, parents, friends and visitors to gather together, share memories, delight in our unique surroundings and witness the vibrancy of Bradfield College today.

We look forward to sharing the anniversary with you.
