The College was absolutely delighted to host the Flight Centre Schools Triathlon for a third consecutive year raising an incredible £70,000 for Restless Development.

More than 700 pupils from around 50 local prep schools took part and put together teams to run, swim and cycle at the triathlon events.

It was the second in a series of four triathlon events that are taking place across the country over the next few weeks.

Dr Chris Stevens, Headmaster said:

“Bradfield College was delighted to welcome the Flight Centre Schools Triathlon for a third year. The sun shone, the children had a great time, and £70,000 was raised for charity. Very many thanks to all participants, volunteers and sponsors.”

Since 2016, more than 3,500 children aged between 7-13 have taken part raising nearly £400,000 for charity. The charity plans to add many more triathlons over the coming years and are targeting £1 million by their fifth year.

Since 1985, Restless Development has been working globally to support young people to make sure they have a voice, a living, sexual rights, and are leaders in preventing and solving the world’s challenges.
